NPU-V小型商业物业改善补助金(SCPIG)是向mecicsville的企业主租户或商业物业业主提供的补助金, Pittsburgh, and Peoplestown neighborhoods. 符合条件的业主和企业主可以获得3美元,000 and $10,用于符合条件的内外装修. This program is in partnership with the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

Eligible Applicants

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Owners of occupied properties must apply with their business owner tenants. 租户必须至少有12个月的租约，并且需要得到业主的批准.

Ineligible Applicants

• ​Properties constructed in the last 10 years are not eligible.

• Properties with national credit tenants (i.e., national chain businesses) are not eligible.

• Properties not zoned for commercial use are not eligible

Eligible Uses

改善工程应在视觉上改善物业的内部及/或外部，并符合以下指引:

• Eligible exterior improvements include:

  • Painting
  • Lighting
  • Windows, doors, framing, etc.
  • Signage, canopies, awnings, etc.
  • Gates, fencing, landscaping, etc.
  • 建筑表面修补:混凝土、壁板、石灰石等.
  • 地面的表面升级:瓷砖、沥青重铺等.
• Eligible interior improvements include:
  • Flooring, walls and ceiling upgrades
  • 暖通空调，热水器，管道，电气和其他系统维修

• Certain soft costs, 如建筑及规划服务符合资格，但不得超过资助金额的10%.
• Operations, inventory, and other soft costs are not eligible expenses.

Renovation Categories

• 至少50%的NPU-V补助金必须用于物业的外部改善.

Grant Funding

获批准的补助金须遵守已签署的补助金协议的条款和条件.  拨款款项不得用于在申请获批及签署拨款协议前完成的改善工程.  赠款收益将在报销的基础上支付，或在受让人提交发票并经欧洲杯买球网公司核实后直接用于支付项目供应商. 申请赠款资金的次数不得超过每30天一次，并须遵守赠款协议中规定的条款和条件
